I was ranked at 5 over 50 scholarships with Monthly payment 600USD
[1973] ==>4000USD [2022]to study any University around the world at
my choice W-Germany Stuttgart Technical University Unfortunately It did
not go thru due to conflict between Saigon authori and Vietnamses
Association in WGermany per scandal of RVN President Nguyen van Thieu
with female singer KL migrate from RVN to W-Germany in Nov 1969 If I
were to choose USA instead I could have been in USA in 1973 not 1997
The reason behind the choice of Germany over USA was I did n't have
spare time enough to get TOEFL required by USA University German
University required C-certificate for admission and I had enough time
to get it and I got it quite easilyI was ranked at 5 over 50
